Pricing
Prices on Coquelicot.Ca are shown in Canadian dollars. They are the prices that will apply to your order upon checkout. If a surcharge applies to an item, it will be indicated in the item's description; a surcharge can apply to special orders. For now, prices are subject to either GST or any provincial sales tax. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice, at our discretion.
To order
Our online shopping cart is now available. You can also order by email or by phone (please note that this is our home phone number, so verify the changes in time zones accordingly). Click on Contact to get in touch with us directly. It is possible to « have a look » at the products in stock at our home by calling ahead and making an appointment.
Product Availability
Most products are in stock even though certain items are only available upon order. This information is offered in the product's description. It is also possible to order an item which is not in stock even if it is not only available by special order.
Pre Order
Some items are not in stock all the time, but can easily be ordered from the manufacturer (or Canadian distributor, whichever is the case). Either our inventory is not big enough (yet), or demand is very small for that item and we cannot (and will not) stock large quantities. We usually receive those items within ten business days. We will let you know if certain items are backorder or if the delays are longer than expected, either once we've received your order or once the manufacturer/distributor has informed us. If you NEED your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering to make sure that it is feasible.
Payment
Online payment with Paypal is available via our shopping cart. You have to go through Paypal at the end of your order, before your order can be sent to you. You can also pay email or phone order by Paypal, in which case we will send you a bill by email. You can pay phone and email orders by personal cheque or money order. If paying with a personal cheque, your order will only be sent once your cheque has been deposited and accepted by our bank. In person, we only accept cash for now.
Shipping and Handling
Once we've received your order and payment confirmation, your order will be sent within five business days (usually one or two days). Orders will be sent either by « Xpresspost TM » or « Expedited Parcel TM » from Canada Post. This allows us to give you a parcel number and insurance coverage up to 100$. These services take between 1 and 7 days to deliver your order. It is also possible to pick up your order from our home by making an appointment with us either by email or by phone.

Shipping charges apply to all orders (unless you pick up your order). Here are our shipping charges in Canada. Sorry, we do not currently ship to the US. If buying only pregnancy piercing, choose the Pickup delivery option in the shopping cart. Piercing will be sent to you no fee via regular mail.

We use new AND used packing materials in order to be nicer to the environment. Thus, do not be insulted if your order gets to you in a previously enjoyed box or bubble wrap.
Returns and Refunds
All of our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. We will accept the return or exchange of a defective item within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.
All non defective product can be returned or exchanged (Maman Kangourou baby carriers will be reimbursed 80% of their value - manufacturer's policy) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item must be new, unwashed and unworn, still in its original packaging and be accompanied by the original receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygienic reasons, skin care products with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product has actually gone bad. Please take good care of your products and respect their expiry dates (if any).
On sale items can be exchanged for another size or color, but cannot be reimbursed. Made to order products cannot be returned.
Please contact us BEFORE returning an item. If there has been an error on our part, we will gladly exchange your item and pay the shipping charges. If the error was the customer's, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
If you wish an item to be exchanged, the new one will be sent out once your original one has been returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return if it doesn't meet any of the conditions above. No refund will be accepted if item has been washed or worn.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, we will not sell, trade or publish any information you have given us. This information is the exclusive propriety of Coquelicot.Ca and will only be used to contact you about your order, answer any question you might have or inform you of our promotions.
